I got banned after getting hacked. I didn't play for like 5 days and when i started the Game i saw the message.
I opened a ticket and they said if the review is negative they won't even answer. They didn't answer.
My friends went onto my profile and saw that there were 3 Games played. 1 Deathmatch, 1 Spike Rush and 1 Custom Game, all with people i didn't have in the friendlist and from turkey, which isn't my Country. I did try to reach to the support another 2 times, but every time i get no answer. Seems like i won't get my Account back, even though the guy that hacked my Account didn't even cheat in a ranked... Also tried posting on Reddit, but they deleted my post...
