I have recently moved from Asia to live in the UK, whenever I log on it only allows me to select Asia servers like Japan, HK, with 200+ping, which makes the game unplayable. After some research on web the only solution was to request a region change.

So I submitted my first ticket 4 days, ago, and got this feedback !

I wrote back 2 days ago, support RE # 102727670, telling them I am clearly not based in China, and even if I was, Chinese servers are ran by Tencent but with total different support system. I got the EXACT reply from another representitive the day after, they told me to contact Tencent support.
Now it is stalemate, I am living in Sheffield England, but they think I wrote these ticket from CHINA(which is rediculous), the initial region of register was Malasia anyways. So they have been keep ignoring my request and making me contact Tencent support in China.
I have been submitting a ticket everyday since, and got EXACT same feedback.

Anyone else got this problem? What is the correct solution?
