I've noticed that within the past year (probably since Christmas 2022) that load times into games have taken 2x-3x as long.
Double-clicking the Valorant icon to start up, will take an average of 3.5 minutes before I hit the main menu.
Selecting a Spike Rush, after I select my character, and see the countdown off on the left side, I've seen it freeze up, it will then take anywhere from 1.5minutes to 2.5min before it goes the loading map screen, and another 30seconds to 1 minute before I load into the match.
And sometimes I'm loading in with everyone, most cases I'm loading in at the end of round 1, and every so often I'm loading in when its 2-2, or 3-2.
I've contacted Valorant support many times and their solution (After sending them my error logs) was to move Valorant to my C drive (the SSD). But the game worked perfectly until they did some update 1.5yrs ago, but mostly because I simply don't have enough space on my C drive (40GB out of 250 GB, mostly consumed by Powerpoint/Photoshop) and other basic windows programs .
Looking at the forums and reddit, this is a problem that EVERYBODY has.
Anybody else experiencing this and have a solution?
