I got voice/chat banned and restricted from queuing ranked/premier for a very absurd reason.

I was in a match with some randoms and one said that he had different keybinds from the ones he's used to so I asked why? and he said that it wasnt him so I asked "why would you give someone else your account" im so mad bro I hate it
