My computer does not boot not more (modification Bios for Vanguard)

Hi,
I got a new PC. Valorant was needing Vanguard and not working. I activated the TPM2.0 and the Secure Boot (from the bios).
Now, my computer don't boot anymore. Not even the BIOS (i did try F2/F5/F7/F12/Del and even F8 for the Bios backup...all when starting from cold).
The hardware seem "ok" and it "work" (the fans), and the leds are on. But nothing on the screen... No way to display anything, not even the Bios nomore. A red led is now showing up on the MB "VGA"...Wich mean theire is a problem beetwin my MB and my GC...It was not the case before the intervention.

PS : i tryed to reset the CMOS by the reset button on the MB. And by taking off the CMOS (battery) for 5min, and reset by contacting the 2 reset pins with conductiv metal...Nothing.
