Guys, do you know the problem, when you have adequate pings on every single server (in comparison with other computers), but on Stockholm its higher than average ping of my friends, for example.
Let me explain:
Me and my cousin live not far from Moscow, just like within 200 meters from each other. However, he has 20-25 ms ping on Stockholm and I have 60-70 ms ping on it. The only difference is that we have different Internet-providers, but I found out that my provider didnt block any servers and it has adequate pings on other servers (like 43 on Frankfurt and etc).
What am I supposed to do in this situation?
