Hello. Maybe someone of you can help me here.
Everytime i start the game it is loading in normally until im in the main menu screen after that if I click anything the screen just stays in the main menu but the background still works.
E.g. i click on shop in the main menu i can see and hear how my mouse is hovering above the 4 skins in the shop but the screen still shows the main menu. I have already tried several things like resetting the whole PC, re installing Valorant/ Riot Client. I even re installed Windows. Nothing changes it tho.
Riot Support also told me several things to try out but even these things didnt help….
