this problem has only been happening after the new update (new agent select gui) since my computer is rlly bad i always queue a couple customs but today it took a little longer to load into the first custom and im guessing its cause of the new agent select. after i did all those i queued an unrated amd after a match is found it shows the map and name (like split) and the in the bottom left corner it has the loading image which always has the moving radiante effect but i noticed it froze and it got stuck on the map screen. i didjt load into the agent select at all and got a queue dodge penalty. i tried it multiple times on diff accounts too but it still is happening and now i cant play anything. not sure why they chose to change the agent select but im gna prob take it up with support
