Hello everyone, i am talking for everyone who enjoys playing Harbor when i say, please finally buff him. Ever since he was released he almost got no changes to his Kit whatsoever, and was concidered the worst agent pretty much since then, his statistics already tell the whole Story about him. Every other smoker besides him is doing way better, he not only lacks the flexebility an omen or brim would bring, by not being able to smoke from across the map, but his whole kit is just vision denial, take Viper in consideration, she can besides lowering and casting her smokes again from across the map, also stop a push with her snake bite, Harbor has none of that, he can't stop a push neither can he re-smoke, and on top of that his cascade and high tide also slows your teammates, and the slowing is also prettyy weak, not really punishing the enemies. His ultimate also is lacking, right now its more information gathering than anything else, the whirlpools who are suposed to stun the enemy are way to slow to burst, it is easily outplayed by a plugged in keyboard, just make them burst a little bit faster, rework his cascade into something which denies a push, and make it so that your hightide doesnt slow your temmates, and so that your bubble stays for the whole duration, even when the shield is broken.
