Does anyone have a fix for when I pay in Valorant it says payment decline or not processed, everytime I try to buy vp it keeps saying that I search tutorials fro how to fix it, they into firewall and accepts some things but I don't find those things in the firewall.
I also have another problem with this. Because when I want to buy vp I have to buy it from an online website and it's giftcards and when I buy example 2050 in the website I buy it and they give me 2 10$ codes and it costs more then in the game to just give me less.
When I try doing support tickets they say sorry for any problems or just say sorry and things like that, they don't even give me a fix they just email me some random excuses. I think Riot should start investing more in these things because if not the community is just gonna die soon. If anyone has any fix, please reply to this post
I also have a problem with competitive. Throwers, throwers they just don't do anything in the game they are so annoying and not competitive Riot should start investing in reports too, when I report a player about sabotaging Riot doesn't even warn them, the only thing I think that warns them is text chat, voice chat and afk reports. The support tickets are bad, they really don't care. If a riot admin sees this you guys have to start fixing these things, I keep losing my rank because of these throwers, at this point I can't even play unless it is a full friend team, because there is always that one guy who will just sabotage the team, then report them and they just keep doing that in other matches. Some people have been doing this for months getting reported for sabotaging and everything but Riot doesn't invest in that. I don't even have a full team like what do you want me to do. If anyone knows a way how to stop getting throwers also reply to this message because the rank drops are crazy. If you read all this thank you it means a lot to me for someone reading about my opinions
