Recently, when I back home from work, I saw permanent ban on my account.
Someone got access to my account and played with third party tools (cheats or scripts or hacks I don't know)
So my account was permanently banned because of this person. Someone got access because I had 2FA turned off. After ban I turned on 2FA and changed my password immediately.
My IP addresses are located in only one city. I can even prove my current place of residence by any methods.
I already created tickets to get unbanned, because I'm innocent, I would never use cheats or something because it doesn't make any sense. I hit immortal 3 times, why I should use cheats? For what? I would never risk all the money and effort I put into my account, I said that in my previous tickets, but Riot support staff don't want to hear me. I asked for check IP addresses when I got banned and compare to mine, I also said that I can play on other accounts, because I don't have HWID ban, person who got access to my account got banned by HWID for 120 days I think, but this person is not me, or how can I play on other accounts if Riot support team tell me every time that I'm the one who got banned by HWID? I don't have ban by HWID..........
I read the article on riotgames.com about bans and I found this:
"our systems are in place to protect, not punish. That's why game bans are reserved for repeat offenders who have ignored prior warnings and penalties"
Where is the protection of a player who has received an unfair ban and he is ready to prove his innocence in any way?
Support staff keep telling me "uninstall any banned software on your PC if you decide to return to the game AFTER HWID BAN"
I don't have HWID ban, why support staff keep tell me that I have HWID ban while I don't have it? I provided my IP, I know that technical support can verify the IP addresses of the last few users who logged into the account. I can guarantee that this location will be different from mine.
The other IP addresses and device IDs were not mine. They can check it all out. I can also provide additional personal information to help but support don't even try to figure out this absurd situation and solve the problem.
Also support team told me like multiple times "uninstall any cheats after HWID ban expires if you want to create a new account"
1st I don't have HWID ban you can check it
2nd I hit immo 3 times by myself, I know Riot trying to fight Smurfs who spoil the experience of new or old players in a competitive matches, but want me to create a new account and rise from low ranks to immo? That's unfair but support team keep telling me "create new account after HWID ban expires", they want me to become smurf and as I said, I don't have any HWID ban, this ban is absolutely unfair, why can't Riot support at least try to solve this problem or provide any information to me, instead of automatic messages like "We permanently ban this account for cheats and we understand that this decision may seem too harsh. After HWID ban remove any traces of prohibited software on your pc if you create a new account"
I don't need other account, I want my account back because this is not just a regular account to play game, this means life to me as I mentioned in previous tickets. I said it and will say again that i'm ready to provide ANY information to get unbanned because I don't have HWID ban I never used cheats or something.
If Riot want to protect players, not to punish them as you they to me, why can't they at least try or make some attemps to solve this problem, because i'm clean and I got banned by mistake?
They're just contradict theirselves by "fighting smurfs and keep telling me to create new acc (i was immo 3 times) after HWID ban (which I don't have). And if Riot really want to protect Valorant players, why can't they at least try to understand the situation instead of sending automatic messages, which I have already seen?
I would like to consider my appeal by presenting convincing evidence as a true appeal, the owner of which has nothing to do.
And yeah, I asked them to have a full answer, not from bots that I received answers from. (3 times the same person answered me the same exact answer without any help and attempts to help me)
People actually got banned by mistake and riot support help them, but all I got is message from bots. I need a real person to explain and help me please,
Why can't they at least tell me that they checked my HWID and IP, instead of keep telling me (we ban you sorry, you also banned by HWID so wait 120 days), meanwhile I can play on any account and I don't have HWID ban???
