I got banned unfair on valorant yesterday for absolutely no reason. I do not share my account with anybody nor have I given my account to anybody. I have no software in the background other than spotify and discord which are not bannable as one of the app is to listen to music and the other to communicate with friends. I have created multiple tickets regarding this issue and provided multiple pieces of evidence that the account belongs to me and that someone has logged into my account yesterday without my awareness and played 2/3 games with cheats. I have asked riot to do a thorough investigation on my account to check if it was my pc that did that or the hacker actually using cheats on my account with my awareness. With that in mind riot has stated today that the ban was placed correctly even though I have specified that it was wrongly placed and provided them with multiple types of evidence they have decided to keep the ban!
My real question is am I stupid enough to spend money on a game that I much dearly love to play and just cheat like I am stupid or is riot going to take in consideration of what I have given to them as proof. I am not slandering RIOT's picture as a whole company but their support team are not very helpful in terms of the fact that they do not take their player's opinion into hand even with a large amount of proof you give to them regarding your IP, HWID, Evidence of your account ownership, payment details even after all of that they will not consider your point nor believe you. They ban you regardless if you are cheating or not even when you are hacked and you are proven innocent your account will be banned they stick to this rule "once a cheater always a cheater" even though I don't cheat. I have had this issue before and last time I got unbanned because it was falsely accused and its the same issue this time. Furthermore they will not disclose about your own account investigation they did? Like I am trying to understand that it is your own account about your own support ticket but you cannot disclose any of the investigation they have done for your own account? it simply doesn't make sense.
With this ban it simply demotivates me to play the game when I actually enjoyed the game it was fun until I received this ban for no reason.
