Hey everyone,
I really need to get this off my chest. I’ve been playing Valorant for a long time spent hundreds of hours and around 300–400€ on skins because I genuinely loved this game.
A few days ago, I suddenly got permanently banned for “third-party software.”
The thing is: I have never cheated. I’ve never installed or used anything that could give me an advantage. I’ve always played fair and respected the rules.
I immediately contacted Riot Support. They told me the ban was “manually reviewed” and confirmed as cheating, but that reply came within minutes which makes me feel like nobody really looked at my case.
Every time I open a new ticket, I just get the same copy-paste answer saying the decision is final.
What hurts the most isn’t just the ban, but losing everything I’ve worked for and paid for, without any real chance to defend myself. I understand the need for anti-cheat systems, but there should be a better, more transparent process for players who might have been falsely flagged.
I’m not trying to get sympathy I just want Riot to know that honest players can get caught too, and that it destroys all trust when there’s no way to prove your innocence.
Thanks for reading.
