Hi everyone, this is my first time on this forum and just remind me kindly if I did anything wrong on this forum, thank you!
So as the title, I got banned for VAL 5 error, and after doing some researches I saw that VAL 5 was likely the login error. But when I sent ticket to the support team, they told me that "I took another look into this penalty and was able to confirm that cheating occured on this account", their response makes me really confused as I have never used cheats/third party software before. It seems like they did not really review my case properly so I have sent them some proofs that I was not using cheats/third party software by any chances (by sending gameplay videos, providing more detailed explanations on what happened during that day), however their subsequent responses were almost the same, like "this case has been reviewed manually", "this case will be automatically closed".
I would like to attach some images as proofs but I dont know how...
If anyone has encountered this situation like me before, please let me know what should I do because now I also don't know what to do next. thanks for your concern
