I think currently new players in low elo such as iron or bronze, don't really know how to use agents properly especially duelists such as reyna, this causes the teams to not be able to push into a site properly due to the duelist's bad entry or just not knowing how to completely. Hence negatively affecting other players using sentinel, controller and initiator agents. In my opinion, i think valorant can add a tutorial showing how to use each agent's utility properly and briefly describe what each agent's role is. This will positively impact everyone's experience since players will now know what they are supposed to do when playing the game instead of being clueless in what they are supposed to do with their utility, for example, controller's not smoking site or duelist using utility wrongly such as reyna placing the blind inside of the smoke instead of placing it outside of smoke to blind the opponents.
