Its kind of a flex for the player that bought the skin but isnt it cool to hear araxys vandal being shot at you instead of just normal skin vandal sounds? It is also good for market since players will be motivated to buy if they hear something they like in game. it also makes it worth it for players to buy skin since other players can hear it too. isnt it the main purpose of the skin in game? to flex it?

That should never be a thing because of many reasons, one of which is the auditory clutter and asymmetry. Various skins have various sound effects, sometimes you can't tell if the gunshot is vandal or sheriff or phantom or spectre. It would make the game immensely confusing and inconsistent.

Secondly, what do you mean by market? There is bo market in VALORANT. VALORANT is a closed ecosystem D2C.

Thirdly, no. The whole point of skins isn't flexing. Flexing is a very subjective way of showing things. Nobody uses Galleria collection, but had there been a market and had it been rare, it would cost hundreds and everyone would flex it.
