Hey there everyone
I'm so sorry for my bad English, I hope I can explain my problem as good as possible
My partner and I had technical problems today. We were stuck in the loading screen for 10 minutes, then both restarted the game and joined the match we found before. After that match we wanted to go on playing but we both got a ban, although we joined the match. I hope this will be changed, because we didn't leave intentionally.

It's a beta, surely the ban will be removed in the final version.

Started a game and got stuck on loading screen came back in second round, and after the game was over had a restriction for 10 mins.
I could understand if the player doesnt come back in a timely manner but if they come back asap i dont understand why the restriction timer due to a bug.

If you play in competition with randoms and you notice that you can't do anything, Because the enemy Team has diamond smurf players then everyone go all afk. Maybe they got hacked or exploited why RIOT ban them ?
Its impossible to rank up when you got iron and you cant reset your ranking to play with platin players to get a better rank. This system is so dumb
