Way too much,1 hour cooldown for a dodge in a normal game is insane,who proposed this?Even 30 mins is insane,there should be 5 mins first dodge 10-15 mins second dodge 30 mins+ third dodge,imagine being 4 man premade and gettting another guy to play with u so u can go as a 5 man premade and someone having to dodge but riot says no no 1 hour cooldown bcs you dodged a normal game .

That’s actually awesome a lot of people asked for penalty to be more harsh. AFK was a big problem during beta.
There is something seriously wrong with the penalisation system, I understand that rage quitters and leavers should be penalized. But a rage quitter or Leaver doesn't try and reconnect back to the match or even reconnect and continue to play the match, that shows that the person had lost connection. This happend to me during a match, I lost connection and then reconnected, I continued to play after missing out on a couple of rounds then after the match I was Penalised for an entire hour just because I lost connection! Not even 30 mins for first time or nothing full on hour for simply losing connection and reconnecting to the game, But yet if I wanted I could sit AFK for an entire match and not get penalised...Where is the sense in that?
Yeah it has to be at least an hour people are constantly going AFK or just leaving in the first few rounds and ruining peoples games.

the penalty is too harsh. just dodging in agent pick gives a 1 hr and 30 mins penalty dude, I dodged because i'm with the player that I played against and he is ruining the game as hell so i dodge the agent select. THE PENALTY IS TOO HARSH

It's gotten to the point where I'm afraid to play the game because I feel like if I crash or my internet cuts out I'll be banned again. I've already accumulated a four hour ban which wasn't my fault at all and I don't want to make it worse. Does Riot even look at these forums?
