Double press key binding

Hi everyone!

Just a quick question for ppl who know how to deal with .ini files / key binding stuff : is it possible to assign one action to a double press key?

I was thinking to set up more intuitive controls for Jett's abilities like double press space key to use her jump spell but I doubt it is possible.
