I have 3 monitors, Monitor 1 duplicates display to Monitor 3 (capture card). Monitor 2 is a secondary vertical monitor. Valorant only recognizes Monitor 2 and cannot run in "Fullscreen" or "Windowed Fullscreen" modes on Monitor 1|3. This means I'm stuck playing on "Windowed" mode.
If I move the window to Monitor 1|3 and press 'Alt + Enter' the window moves to Monitor 2 before entering Fullscreen mode.
