Crashing Constantly

So even since launch I crash a ton. It’s completely random and I can’t see a cause for it anywhere. My screen just freezes all sound stops even if I have a discord call up my mic dose t work, and I can’t do anything. My screen seems to stay frozen forever so I have to power it off and on since I can’t even ctrl alt delete to get out. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Aircer May I get your specs for your computer?

To do this follow these steps:

Type into the computer search bar "DXDIAG" and click the program.
Click yes
Wait for the green bar to finish
Click on "Save all information"
Attach the document to your reply. (the paper with the arrow pointing up)

You can also check to see if your computer can actually run the game by going to the website below. It downloads a program to check the specs against the game. Once done it will tell you if you can run on minimum or max settings.

I currently also have this issue I just have to constantly restart my laptop cause of it sometimes it crashes my entire laptop instead of just the game. Maybe it's my low specs but I'm not completely sure. I'm not sure there is anything we can do to fix it just hope for the best.

y844kst Sorry it took a while to reply, but one of the updates that came for the game fixed it so the only time I have crashed since then I know why. But thanks since your advice.
