Horrible lag, even in tutorial

I have all my settings optimized, I have mid-high end specs that are well within the minimum system requirements, and yet Valorant is the only game where I am lagging so bad that I can't even finish the tutorial, which isn't even online play.
My internet connection is steady and everything else runs just fine, just like it always has. Only issue is with Valorant.

Hmm, Have you tried running the game as and admin?

Also if you can, right click on the games exe file and click "Run with graphics processor" then click on the graphics card you use.
