DannyBoi69 Try these fixes

Flush DNS: Simply open command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter.

Reinstall Valorant.

I tried this and still have the same issue as before broken links on the banners, not able to purchase battle pass or skins. I have talked with my I.S.P and they have done everything possible on the router and still nothing.

I FOUND THE ANSWER
so what's happening is your Antivirus is blocking access to the UnrealCEFSubProcess executable program. so you need to make UnrealCEFSubProcess.exe an exception in your Antivirus software. You will find it under :\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\Engine\Binaries\Win64 near the bottom

Marix3372 Hello So my friend has avast and it was in finnish so I'll try to translate best i can...
When you open avast on the top right corner you go to the menu tab with 3 bars and and select settings and then from general choose exception and click add exception and then click browse and navigate to the UnrealCEFSubProcess executable program.

Click the Avira icon in the system tray to open the Avira user interface.
Click Security in the left menu.
Click the Protection options feature.
Click the Settings of Real-time protection.
Click PC Protection → Real-Time Protection → Exceptions.
Add processes, files and folders you want to be omitted during a scan.
Click OK to save the configuration.

dont have Avira so I cant say for sure but this is what I found by googling hope it helps

An alternate solution I found is to create a new user profile on windows and launch valorant from there. I was able to see the VP screen then.
