You don't need to be professional in the game to know it's the best, it's OP basically. Is the character that kills the most and gets the most victories.
I think she is going to have the same issue people were talking about Jett having during the beta, which is a lack of utility for her team, like someone said earlier. I also feel at such a disadvantage playing against her not just in a 1v1 even in a 1v2 or 1v3.
Reyna is overpowered, and has nothing else. she is a full frontal play style that lacks the inexpensive playstyle of jett (with her ult, and general life saving abilities), or the round the corner brutality of raze. for however overpowered Reyna is, she is still forced to confront her opponent directly. flashbangs may be more than smoke, but flashbangs still are not grenades. she's not so special.
