I'm using a Notebook with:
Intel Core i5-5200U 2.20GHz
8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz
Intel HD Graphics 5500
(I use to play CSGO with around 50-80fps)

I suppose that, with my setup, I could get around 40-70fps, but I'm actually playing with 15-50fps with minimum configurations. Also, these configurations already came preseted in my game at the first launch, what makes me feel sad D:
Anyway, I just found this performance in the game kinda weird. Maybe because I can't even select the resolution 1024x768(60hz), there's just 1024x768(75hz) as an option (my monitor isn't even 75hz).

In order to play this game I needed to go to "C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\ShooterGame\Saved\Config" and change the line "sg.ResolutionQuality = 100.000000" to "sg.ResolutionQuality = 40.000000". of the files "GameUserSettings". This way I was able to play constantly at 60fps but with a lot of pixels in my screen.
I don't know if it is an optmization problem or anything else, but mainly the 75hz part in my resolution options feels so weird to me. Maybe someone else is shuffering with this too.
