Low FPS While Charging but Better FPS While On-Battery

So as the title says, my fps while charging is very unstable, below 50 and may sometimes drop to below 20 or 10 but it only happens while my Laptop is charging, oddly, when it's unplug it performs better, it gets to 60 fps even to there's still stutters but it rarely happens, unlike when i'm charging, it can't even hold 50 stable.

I'm on Asus ROG GL553vd laptop
GPU : GTX1050
CPU : i7-7700HQ

My friend that is also playing on the same hardware has a simillar problem. I did not have this problem yesterday..
I did not change any power plan settings or any driver settings. Can anyone help me?

bro search for power settings press enter. Click on additional power settings there select high performance. Afterwards for selected power option goto change plan setting. There click on advance power setting. Select processor power management, and for every option make the value to 100. Press apply then ok and you are done.
