My OCD noticed something the other day and it's been bothering me ever since. For the explanation I'm going to use numbers rather than Q/E/C because it's easier to digest/it makes more sense(to me lol)
If you go into the control settings and change abilities one, two, and three respectively to 1/2/3 and then go to the Agents tab in the Collection you can get a visual representation of what I'm talking about.
The Agent interface shows tabs for each ability that you can click on to get a description of the ability. Each tab has the ability's symbol on it and shows the input that it is bound to above it.
If you make the suggested changes I mentioned you'll see that these abilities are listed in a 3/1/2 order. The same is true for the HUD interface in-game where the abilities are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
This is a largely irrelevant incontinuity, however, it's still an imperfection.
One could also argue that when attempting to customize controls and change button settings it could lead to some confusion/minor inconvenience navigating the user interface for the player.
Also, i feel like this is a good place to add that we need Agent specific control settings. The player should be able to set each individual character's ability inputs to whatever is comfortable for them without messing up the control scheme for every other character. Especially when you aren't guaranteed to play the same character every game.
I want to be able to freely switch characters and have my controls how I want them without having to rearrange inputs every time or be forced to suffer through having abilities on buttons that I don't like/think should be switched.
