I just want to start by saying we love the game we just want our time valued playing it.

I like most of us who play this game are in full time work, have a family and limited time to play games.
Why do we have to endure a match that lasts 40 minutes to an hour?
I'm finding myself not wanting to play this game anymore. I feel the amount of time invested is rewarded with extremely low reward!
I like most players lose the will to play anymore after losing heavily throughout a game.
Having a shorter game time of 20 minutes maximum would allow the player to feel more valuable progression made from their time invested.

This goes for League of Legends as well, another game that wastes a players times for very low rewards.
Our time and investment in games is important as players we want to play more matches without being brain numb still in the same game, same map, getting slapped by a smurf with a one less player than the other team.
Sure in esports matches you could keep the original round time of 13 for the longer entertaining games.
How about the rest of the world who will never reach that stature but really enjoy playing with their friends online after school, work or sit down after long day with the kids?
Swift play is too short for competitive, I believe but still a massive improvement over the 13 round competitive. I would say first to 7 or 8 would make much more sense this day and age.
That way if you are losing hard it's not too much longer to join in another match and try again.
Players want to play more or feel as though they are. We want to be able to play a few matches instead of winning one and losing the next have to come off and not technically done anything that evening. The points won have now been lost leaving you in the same or if not worse position you was in the first place.

The AFK time bans suck as every game I play in now someone leaves (usually my team) then I have to sit and waste my time until its over.
If players are AFK and reported they should be time banned yes but also have to be ranked banned for 20 full unranked games (for example with increased rank bans the longer it goes on).
I feel this would filter the bad team mates out of the game much faster. There is nothing worse than being a player down.

This next one makes no sense why you haven't done it.
The skins are very expensive, we all know this. You charge far too much for players given the current state of economy in the world.
That said players would be happy to pay these prices if you did this one thing.

You shouldn't be reselling skins in the shop, once there gone there gone.
Instead, players should be allowed to sell and trade skins on your own (Valorants) in-game marketplace.
That way players aren't wasting their money on the skins as they will alsways hold a calue for both the game and the player. Also as its the marketplace you could have 10% tax which goes to you.
This would keep the money being recycled around the game constantly.
How you've let the ball slip here I don't know but I have mentioned this before to your staff.
For players this would be great because a skin they may no longer use they could trade or sell. Maybe the skin is old and sells for 1000 bucks, you make 100 from the sale even though you were paid for the skin initially from the store purchase. That skin gets traded again you continue to make money on skins that have been bought, sold and sold again throughout the years.
Battle pass skins, yes these skins are cheaper but I am sure they will still sell when players want them. Some BP skins may even be so rare they maybe worth a lot of money down the line. They may never not but the point is here players have the choice to recycle stuff they no longer want.

Players want to feel they are investing their time and hard earned money into this game.
Currently it's not there and if you (reading this) feel changes like this would help the game or something similar at least, please say below.

The game is too long to play, it does suck we can't sell or trade our skins. The punishments for people leaving the game isn't great enough.
Riot, Valorant please look at players time investment towards this game as its too much currently with extremelylittle reward.

I am married, I have children and I work full time. I am lucky if I get to sit down of an evening (9pm) to play two matches then have to go to bed as they are so long. I would much prefer playing four matches in the time I have.

Think of the actual player base not just the esports guys and streamers that can sit their and no life the game as they have no normal day to day commitments.

This would make more sense:

Competitive - 20 minute matches Max first to 7 or 8.

Esports/in-game tournaments - first to 13 rounds like normal.
