i just got valorant and i tried to play the tutorial to start but its so laggy that i cant even finsh the tutorial
i have a desent pc. [ minimum sys req ] dell vostro 3559' 8gb ddr3 [ dual channel]
i tried reinstalling sevaral times on the c drive and the d drive but nothing works.
and also i tried running it with admin rights + disable full screen optimization, i even tried using the recomended setting trobleshottter. but still no luck

I understand that you've already tried multiple solutions. I took a little look at your pc, and the pc only has Intel HD Graphics. While the minimum is Intel HD 3000. I hope this adds a clearer understanding to your issue in that you may not be able to run the game properly.

thanks but i play a lot of csgo gta and a bunch of other games i ve also got a internet conectin of 90mbps upload 102 mbps 9ms ping [ fibre ]
and i saw a bunch of youtubers playing the game on the same system req https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SdTfO-P-IN8
i also tweked the setting even lower just like this guy and hes running the game at 20 -30 fps without tweaking his pc that means i should atleast get 40 - 50 fps what do u think?
Weird, however this video points to a Intel HD 520. But, your Dell Vostro 3559 only has Intel HD Graphics shown in this image. But, you might have a "Discreate" AMD Radeom R5 M315. Valorant is mostly a CPU Usage game, not a GPU. What CPU do you have in your PC? If you're able to run other "heavy usage" PC games. It's unusual on how you can't run Valorant.

i have a intel i5 6200u and i saw anouther guy that wrote a forum about the same problem on redit i think .
i just uninstalled the game i ll try to reinstall the game agin to see if it helps
