falsely banned for third party software

Brand new PC with only Valorant installed and a logitech app for DPI and i was banned on valorant. i made it to lvl 19 and was then banned for third party software. i actually was enjoying this game and now im HWID banned for 4 months. Is there anything i can do to get this ban lifted ?

Reclamps see that's not true like being banned needs to have like dpi and sens apps changer or u are cheating and get banned 4-6 month's but me I got banned 3 times by this software shit bc apparently its hacks if u are good and are smurfing and just to be safe I didn't download shit other then valorant, discord, roblox, opera gx like I got banned 3 times and I still play i improved from Iron 3 to silver 2 in 67h and got banned i wasn't even at home why?? Idk anymore no matter how I try i will lose the account always get banned this game called valorant is toxic they don't have a real reason u see we get banned for them to earn money and us to lose our accounts and all we used. And I'm playing on a laptop that is for office so gives me only 20fps

I haven't played VALORANT today (January 9th, 2023), so when I tried to launch my VALORANT, it opened the Riot Client with a notice that my account has been banned Permanently from playing VALORANT. And the notice says that the ban was irreversible since my account was allegedly using third-party software. confused, I decided to create a new account in Valorant Tracker, surprisingly, it detected a recent competitive match today at 11:03 PM with the agent Jett. To be honest, I have never played Jett in my life, especially gathering a whopping 39 kills, 2 deaths, and 0 assists because I have never mained any duelists except my attempt to try Reyna in previous acts.

This shows that my account has been breached and has been accessed by other people, but one thing that confuses me the most is why Riot didn't show any notifications that my account has been accessed.

Lumiere_04 Dude the exact same thing happened to me today, i checked tracker.gg and saw someone use jett and i never played jett in comp. This game is seriously fukd. I contacted Riot support hoping they do sth. Did your's get resolved?
P.S. Im still perma banned, found out today morning

Lumiere_04 Same thing happened to me, i checked the tracker and just found out that someone played Jett and Reyna and only them, for two weeks - i am breach from my toes to hair, and havent played Val for 4-month, and of course ive got nothing, no mails no notifications, just permaban.

Been playing Valorant since CBT, last couple of days i was just simply launching the game to check the shop aswell as night market and immediately closed it again.
My PC is pretty new and havent changed or downloaded anything since about 4 weeks until i saw the permanent suspension today morning.
only third party which could technically interfere i am running is ghub for rgb and dpi.

wrote a ticket and hope it gets solved.

I've been playing Valorant since the beta, have over 2800 hours of play and quickly invested €3000 in this account.

I haven't had any problems with tracker.gg or any other program the whole time.
I was playing as usual and shortly after I was permanently banned from third party programs

KennyMoles If you think that there anti cheat is perfect then you are wrong. I have been playing valo since act 1, I recently bought a new pc installed valo & got ban after 1 week, I have nothing on my pc only except epic games & steam only & the only game that was installed was valo , Why do think these software as perfect when you have no data on there error rate. When the margin of error is too small to care why do you think they will care to fix it. If you are a gamer you know to have a problem specifie to you will not be fix if it not a problem for everyone. Valo is too big to care about an error rate of 1 out of 100000, What will cheater get from making a fuse about anything. If they actualy check they would know if any 3rd party software was actualy used they should even be able to tell what it'd effecting.
But no why will they it to small a problem. Think next time. This fome is not helping anyone it's only a place to inform players about the issue's faced by players
