Brand new PC with only Valorant installed and a logitech app for DPI and i was banned on valorant. i made it to lvl 19 and was then banned for third party software. i actually was enjoying this game and now im HWID banned for 4 months. Is there anything i can do to get this ban lifted ?

I guess Riot isn't supporting this Forum. I guess the Forum is made for Players to help players. You can open a Support ticket anytime for your problem.

I haven't played VALORANT today (January 9th, 2023), so when I tried to launch my VALORANT, it opened the Riot Client with a notice that my account has been banned Permanently from playing VALORANT. And the notice says that the ban was irreversible since my account was allegedly using third-party software. confused, I decided to create a new account in Valorant Tracker, surprisingly, it detected a recent competitive match today at 11:03 PM with the agent Jett. To be honest, I have never played Jett in my life, especially gathering a whopping 39 kills, 2 deaths, and 0 assists because I have never mained any duelists except my attempt to try Reyna in previous acts. This shows that my account has been breached and has been accessed by other people, but one thing that confuses me the most is why Riot didn't show any notifications that my account has been accessed.

Reading about 3rd party bans and running Logitech, I would hazard a guess you had set up some kind of macro in your LG software, the software its self is fine, I've used it for a long time running in the tray, I now close it as it serves no purpose other than to hog resources with its virtual mouse BS. The use of Macros although not directly cheating is in breach of TOC in that you gain an advantage over other players using a 3rd party software and thus considered so.

KennyMoles If you think that there anti cheat is perfect then you are wrong. I have been playing valo since act 1, I recently bought a new pc installed valo & got ban after 1 week, I have nothing on my pc only except epic games & steam only & the only game that was installed was valo , Why do think these software as perfect when you have no data on there error rate. When the margin of error is too small to care why do you think they will care to fix it. If you are a gamer you know to have a problem specifie to you will not be fix if it not a problem for everyone. Valo is too big to care about an error rate of 1 out of 100000, What will cheater get from making a fuse about anything. If they actualy check they would know if any 3rd party software was actualy used they should even be able to tell what it'd effecting.
But no why will they it to small a problem. Think next time. This fome is not helping anyone it's only a place to inform players about the issue's faced by players

SoraKasu i have the same exact problem as well the only app that was running in the background was spotify for me, logged in got a hwid+account ban. spent over 300 bucks just for me to be banned LMAO

Bro, this happens to sooooooo many people, just create a ticket, ask them to manually review and demand that they tell you exactly what lead to this ban.
Make yourself available to send them any logs necessary as well.
Sometimes players get banned over software that has nothing to do with the game or with cheating (like sound drivers and so on) and often, salty players who got steamrolled will report the enemy and Riot will ban them without verifying.
That's the problem with automating bans.

Deixune i just got falsely banned for third party software as well and the only apps i had open were: discord, HyperX Engenutiy, Nvidia Settings , Logitech G Hub , ExperTool 2 (official tool for my graphics card from Gainward ) , NiceTaskBar And Riot Client and vanguard i dont know what lead to this ban or what app ive screenshotted my whole task manager and sent logs and everything i even told them i can send vods ill keep you guys updated if they respond because i wrote to them an hour ago i never cheated or used any software inside of VALORANT or Riots any games

qNe0 GOOD NEWS i got an update so basically a few hours since i made the ticket it was like 6 hours i got unbanned but.. they replied the next day and they said there was nothing wrong with my account and its clean with no penalties or warnings so they are basically covering up the false ban made by vanguard so the word doesnt get out that its not perfect and has a lot of flaws probably covering it up so i wont sue their vanguard for false bans.

2 days ago I was playing (I can't get out of iron for 2 seasons), my last few games have been disastrous. Last night I open the game and I got 2 errors from vanguard where without pressing anything a competitive loading screen appeared, I was surprised and kept trying to log in and restart my computer where on my last log in it loaded the game which I didn't started…I had 20 kills in a few rounds and when I tried to move absolutely nothing happened and kicked me out of the game. SCANDALOUS! Apparently someone got into my account using a hack and now I'm permanently banned because of them. I wrote 2 times to support, the first time I was answered that they will just look at what is happening and if my account does not meet certain conditions they will not do anything. I never used any hacks

reedlady thats why its good to add 2 step to your account and etc you probably logged into a valorant mobile shop account or connected something to your account that you shouldnt also ip grabbing and cookie logging is also a posibility

Came back after some months of taking a break and was banned for no reason too.
Wrote around 8 Tickets over the last few months, still banned.

I'm in the process of getting a lawyer about the issue atm, since my account had skins worth around 1000€ and i'm not willing to accept they just get away with that. Won't play the game after that because obvious reasons but i'm not accepting this behavior.

Does any one know, why I cannot submit a ticket? I wrote a ticket with reason "third party program", but I gor an immediate auto response "this suspension is inreversible and if you think we are wrong, please submit a ticket with a reason 'account hacked' to us". But when I choose this reason, I still get a same auto response. There is no more a "further submit" button here.
