Hi everyone! I've been playing Valorant since the game first opened and i played it casually almost every day. I've never said something toxic or offended, never used some third party application etc. The last time i logged in was around December 2021 and i've been really busy with works and any other stuff starting from 2022. Just when i want to have a break from works and back to play valorant again, i got the notice that i've been permanently suspended when i logged in and it said that i've been banned because the using third party software. It was really strange because i've been inactive for almost 2 months and no one used my account. I've tried to contact riot through email and the answer that i got was some bot answer like " Our investigation confirmed that this is an account that is related to the usage of scripts, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party programs in VALORANT (we're unable to tell which program). Because of that, the account will remain permanently suspended. ". It just really disappointing from a huge game developer like riot games that you guys just banned my account without notice and unknown reason while the account was inactive. All the time and money that i've spent on this game were treated like a trash. Does any of you have the same experience as me?

same here, banned for using third party software, with the same generic answer apparently they can ban you for using any software, i have been banned for using a software that they themselves said they would never ban anyone for using it on the reddit forums. they themselves said they would at best block that software well i was banned after 3 days of playing and without any warning, nobody accused me of using cheats but they don't do any further investigation, their anticheat system marks you as a cheater and there is nothing else to do.

I had a similar situation and unfortunately the ban remained. Setting up a new account helped, fortunately I had nothing of value on the old one

I played normally for a week then all of a sudden I try to open Val again and I’m getting the hwid 152 warning so I can’t enter the game anymore. I go ahead and check the Riot client and it doesn’t say that I’m banned so I contacted Riot support. 1 person tells me that my acc is banned for 1 year due to bad behaviour then instaclosed the ticket, I had no idea what he was talking about. So I send 3-4 more tickets then the second person tells me that there is no ban or restrictions on my account I get super confused because I was given 3 different answers. Now I think they are starting to realize the mistakes and they have opened a manual investigation of my account which will apparently take a lot of time… overall was a really time wasting experience talking with the different support people who only made it not only confusing but also worse

Same here as well. One week after I last played I got banned for "third-party software". Never once used it, never will. But whats the difference if I'm going to get banned regardless? Super pissed about this. Hundreds of hours spent gone. Money spent down the drain. Submitting tickets don't work as they claim their ban is righteous. Terrible company.

ikozni Same here, I got permanently suspended for ‘third party software’ as well when I has never used it. I submitted tickets and they kept giving me the same generic answer and believe their anti-cheat system is correct. I am devastated since I had spent so many hours and money on this game and no one cares to believe or help me. I also contacted members of their anti-cheat team on twitter but no reply.

I hope this gets fixed soon seeing how it could happen to everyone 🙁

You need to spam them with tickets, most workers there will copy paste to you without doing anything at all, but there are some that actually WORK there. My first ticket was closed and only copy paste answer, but at second or third ticket i got answer form actual human beeing who checked logs , saw that i got hacked , restarted my password and unbanned me.

Ps. was it an account created for league of legends Europe West (euw) originally ?

Haven't touch the game lately, all I ever did was change my ign and then bam, permanent suspension.
I went to submit a ticket and explained my side, and I did disclose which "third party apps" I'm using, they all use Valo's API though so I know I'm safe and didn't do anything wrong. And I also included that I reinstalled my OS(downgraded 11 to 10).
Luckily, an actual person responded to me within 6 hours. They said that my account was compromised? Just changed my pw and they lifted the suspension.

If it's important, I'm from the SEA server. All of my tickets were always answered by a person.
I suggest that you should spam them with tickets until an actual person answers you.

Same bro I literally just tried to login today and it told me my account was suspended and I am pretty sure that my account just got hacked while I was inactive currently awaiting on the support team but I am quite sure that they aren't going to do anything to help me 🙁

Jer_Jerrickk So uh, some of the people above this thread actually spammed them with tickets, which I am also currently doing, so far nothing, the same copy-pasted messages, but I ain't stopping 'cause I spent around 500 euro on this racist game. You should also try spamming them with tickets. 😃

dev0n Whenever I do that its just the bots, I dont think RIOT gives 2 shits abt our complaints on tickets- now we should bring it to the actua game, get a shit ton of players to try to join a lobby at once and crash the server? That might get em to notice us

Yesterday I was banned for just entering the game telling me I was using hacks or third-party applications but I have never used anything, something that I have seen is that they banned people who used razer programs and I had one

I just logged in after a couple of weeks too, to find that I was suspended for 3rd party apps. I also had the Razer Software before the ban and it updated the day before I opened Valorant to find the suspension. I had the same reply from staff.
If it is Razer Software then it's a false positive and they have to exclude it. This was the case with other programs too when it was in Beta but after e-mailing them, the programs were not detected as suspicious anymore so I hope this is the same case and they will add the program on the exclusion list and revert the bans. Regardless of it, I was only playing casual spike rush once in a while so it's not that big of a loss for me anyway.

prmstr it isnt about advantage vanguard thought it was a Hack because it was unauthorized in the valorant system
