    bryank4678 Happend right now the same thing i haven't played it and now im banned permanently for some thing i had never done

      i logged in after 2 weeks and they have banned me without any warning the only difference in my last gameplay was that i my ping remained stable through the game ,does having a stable ping once in a while this bad?/

      I have the same problem here. After reading the introduction of youtuber today, I thought the game might be good, so I downloaded the client, but I found that I couldn't continue to download the main body of the game, and prompted my account to be banned. . . . I really don't know why I got banned, I just decided to start trying this game today.

      Same thing happened to me yesterday and I am very sad about it, do anyone have any idea, how to recover account when WE ARE NOT EVEN FAULTY?

        bryank4678 SAMEEEEEE, i got banned like you today, but i'm confused i'm not even using third party software,and my account just got banned like that, seriously riot?! i have spend lot of money and u did this to me 🙂

          This just happened to me too :/ its honestly annoying. Why do they silence they masses when they can just fix their buggy game?

          I have been dismissing Valorant for a long time, since it didn't call my attention.
          A week ago my friends convinced me to install it and we had some games for 3-4 days without incidents.

          I stopped playing for the past weekend due to a weeding and came back to a permanently suspended account for "Using third party software".

          Submitted a ticket and the employee used the same copy-pasted message to basically say "The Anti-Cheat says...".
          Of course, they won't tell me what this third part sofware is, which to my knowledge could be Overwolf, the multiplayer mod for old C&C or anything.

          Every message they have sent so far is the same thing; "Sorry but you're guilty blah blah blah" and just closed my ticket, so I'm gonna make a new one.

          Now that I think about it, I used to play LOL long time ago where I actually had some gifts from my friends, and I'm unsure if they have also banned me there just for funs and giggles.

          This sucks.

          same thing here i have been working for 2 weeks and i didn't even play the game the only thing i did was a virus scan and now i am permanently banned for no reason

          same thing here. I got permanently suspended 6 months ago. I kept sending tickets, and all they do is send the same message. That's 9 tickets in total, and nothing happened.

            bryank4678 ive had it happen to 2 of my accounts now with Riot Games and ive never cheated in my life. they tell me it already permanent and to make a new account... like i havent spent 500 on that account i wouldnt cheat to ruin my account.... im heartbroken and gaming is over if u have to play 24/7 so when u go afk it wont ban me...

                TiberiusZgo yea i remember in like 2012 my WOW account was banned for cheating i contacted the support they noticed it wasnt me fixed my account and i got it back... now they just say fuck you get a new account and pay more money.

                  iamfpsk support will say they cant reverse it and make a new account.... cool game

                    MF_ACIDZ wow how did u do it? they tell me it is permanent and u cant get it back. NEVER cheated once i spent too much money to even chance it. i was gone for maybe 3 months

                      I have also encountered this issue after logging into the game after 2 months of inactivity, I will let you all know (if i remember) What responses i get from support. I also do have a razer device with razer drivers installed.

                      Edit: My account was Hacked and i assume that the person who played on it was cheating despite them having a horrible k/d

                      Last update: Account had the ban lifted as it was indeed compromised! A W for riot support.
